![]() ![]() I contacted Play Asia customer service, and they responded the same I read in a few comments: they couldn't refund because the game was already open, but they offered 10$ to spend on their store. I tried to play it but I had to stop to translate many kanji I couldn't read, so it was ruining the experience. I can speak japanese to an extent but I'm not fluent. I had the same problem and I realised that the game had no English after opening and starting the game. If they have commited a mistake that's their fault and we have to have our English copies one way or another. Actually, I think resending the Asian version free of charge for all of us would be least they could do as a renomed company, but we all know that'll never happen.Īnyway, as I said, let's continue to contact them, as we have our rights. The fact is I'm feeling fooled, so we all do need to contact them and do some pressure so they can solve this. It seems Play-asia did a hell of a confusion about this. I've contacted them and they said they're waiting for the publisher to confirm later what's going on, and if there will be or not the English patch.Īt this rate I really think that's not the case. ![]() Originally I've pre-ordered the Asian PS4 version but changed at the last minute to the Japanese version due to being released earlier, as both would include English voices and subtitles, according to the item's page on Play-asia, which one I've already kept in my records as a snapshot from my smartphone.īut after November 30 they simply updated the page and the patch info disappeared and now it seems this version is Japanese only.
